Attorney, Jenna Roca
Founding attorney, Jenna Roca, Esq., was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA.  She lived there until she was admitted to the University of California, Berkeley, the number one ranked public university in the world.  At Berkeley, she excelled academically and was honored by the Dean for achieving a grade point average in the top 4% of the university.  She graduated college in 3 years with a double major, earning two Bachelor of Arts degrees - one in Film Studies and the other in Political Science.  She went on to study law at the University of California, Hastings, in San Francisco, where she was selected as the Developmental Editor of the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly Journal, the nation's oldest constitutional law journal; and elected to represent her class as a Class Representative in the student government, the Associated Students of UC Hastings.  She graduated from Hastings, earning her Juris Doctorate degree.  Following law school, she passed the bar exams in California and Nevada; and is currently admitted to practice law in both states.


Ms. Roca started The Roca Firm after having witnessed considerable wrongdoing while working in the Los Angeles Superior Court, private firms and charitable organizations. From these experiences, she wanted to dedicate her career to the vigorous pursuit of justice for victims of injury and injustice who are taken advantage of by much larger opponents, the insurance companies.  

The Roca Firm was built on the principle, "No one should suffer by the act of another."  California Code of Civil Procedure §3520.  The Roca Firm prides itself on serving as an advocate for those with no voice, as evidenced by the fact that Ms. Roca takes on the difficult cases, often those dismissed as too small, difficult or impossible by other attorneys.  Although early in her career, she has already won over a million dollars in settlements for cases of disputed liability, minor impact, low damages and soft tissue, for her clients.  She also handles large cases.  

Attorney Roca understands that recovering from an injury or the loss of a loved one is one of the most difficult and stressful times of a client's life. Thus, she commits herself to being personally available to each client, regardless of how big or small their case is; providing the individual attentiveness and care that is often unavailable at large law firms.  She takes the responsibility off her client's shoulders and handles every aspect of the case properly from the start.  Her dedication and grit has helped her achieve the best possible results for all of her clients.
